Bellagio – 455 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City

Carving a niche in inner city living Rovella Constructions developed Bellagio.

The first of its kind in Brisbane, the ultimate luxury of one unit per floor penthouses was a pioneering development when completed in 2001. Bellagio consists of five
sub-penthouses and a two level penthouse.

Our aim for this project was to provide residents luxury and exclusivity as opposed to an oversized multi investor development. We wanted to probe further into an uncharted Brisbane market that we believed would attach itself to this brand of inner city living that Bellagio could offer.
