Riverpoint was a Boutique development, providing
one apartment per floor. Only six apartments were
offered and our focus was not the investor, rather
the owner who wanted an inner city lifestyle without
restrictions.
The location and design provided the successful combination
to achieve this. Large balconies for entertaining,
river and city views, gourmet kitchens and above all
else, LIVEABLE.
